These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Abdulla Yusif Fakhro shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of BAHRAIN and Abdulla Yusif Fakhro and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of BAHRAIN.
